3.Insurance –builders risk if rehab involved (ask your agent)
4.Articles of Incorporation (entity docs) and coporate by laws (note, if in Texas it must be registered and in good standing with state of Texas. (It is suprising how many entities are not in good standing, so make sure you check - this is a title issue.
