THE BASICS :
UP TO 70% ARV OR 80% OF "AS IS VALUE OR PURCHASE PRICE"
Auction Rep will go with buyer to auction and purchase property
Program is new - but to get started:
Borrower info (PFS, resume- list of investments)
Property targets- what due dilligence is available.
These loans are 30 - 60 days, then will flip to hard money rehab or be paid off.
